Orchids would have been beautiful, didn’t see any though. With so many fields, the color would be amazing.

Since having the boys I haven’t seen any bears (I think they are loud enough they keep them all away) until this trip. This was perfect, as they were far enough away the boys were safe to run around, and we could take the time to watch. It was also great to see my oldest take such an interest in watching them, and have it hold his interest.

We also saw a bear while we were driving around the lake, just off the road walking. It was too dark to get a picture (I am not sure how they respond to flashes, didn’t want to try). Great trip for seeing animals.
